Who We Are
Our Mission
Chosen Ones Rehab exists to restore hope, dignity, and wholeness to individuals and families in need across Fresno, California. We do this through direct community outreach — meeting people on the streets, in parking lots, and in neighborhoods — with free food, clothing, health resources, prayer, and love.
We are not a building. We are a movement of people who believe that every human being — regardless of their past, their struggles, or their circumstances — deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations are tax-deductible and go directly toward serving our community.

Founder & Executive Director
Frances LaRay founded Chosen Ones Rehab out of a deep personal calling to serve the most vulnerable in Fresno. Her vision is simple: no one should go unseen, unfed, or unloved. She leads every pop-up event with hands-on dedication and a heart full of faith.
